Ingredients

- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Beef hoof 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the heart, cool it down, and cut it into strips. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, and sauté both in butter. Let it cool, then mix with the heart.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and chop them finely. Layer the heart mixture in a wide bowl with the eggs and spread mayonnaise between the layers. Before serving, refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
