- Wild Garlic Greens 10 stalks
- Eel 1 stalk
- Radish 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame a pinch
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste

Step 1
Wash and dry the greens.
Step 2
Slice the radish and greens. Mix everything and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Slice the boiled chicken egg into rounds and arrange it when serving. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
