Healthy Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Corn Flour for Polenta 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Dill to taste
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Flaxseeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine soft cottage cheese and grated cheese.
Step 2
Add one egg and the egg white of the second egg. Keep one yolk in a separate container.
Step 3
Add salt to taste.
Step 4
Add corn flour. Mix until smooth.
Step 5
The dough should be similar to that for cheese pancakes.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Form 4 patties, making a hole in the center of two of them.
Step 8
Brush with the remaining egg yolk.
Step 9
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds or any seeds to taste.
Step 10
Bake at 355°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Mix cream cheese with finely chopped dill.
Step 12
Spread cream cheese on one half of the bagel.
Step 13
Place slices of smoked salmon on top.
Step 14
Cover with the other half. Serve.
