- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Gherkins 1 can
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet. Cut into large pieces.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil. Place the pieces of chicken fillet in the pan and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
Step 3
Dice the gherkins and pineapples. Add to the plate with the chicken fillet. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the plate.
Step 4
Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
