  • 8-Grain Roll 1 piece
  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Iceberg Lettuce 1 piece
  • Tartar Sauce 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pass the meat through a meat grinder. It is sufficient to do this once to achieve a coarse grind. Season with salt and pepper, then add finely chopped red onion and ketchup. Mix well and knead by slapping the patty onto the table to incorporate air into the mixture. Fry in a skillet or grill on both sides. The cooking time will depend on your preferred level of doneness.

Step 2

Fry one egg sunny-side up, lightly season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Cut the bun in half, toast it, and spread sauce on it. Place a leaf of lettuce on one half of the bun, followed by a thin slice of a large tomato, the meat, and a fried egg. Next to it, place the second half of the bun and thin rings of red onion.
