
Hamburger with Arugula and Guacamole

Description
With ciabatta instead of regular buns, it's even tastier. Just like the guacamole, it's better to prepare the ground beef yourself (chop it) rather than buying pre-made.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Avocado 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Hamburger Bun 4 pieces
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add salt and pepper to the ground beef, shape into flat patties slightly larger than the buns. Cook on a grill or skillet.
Step 2
Slice the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast them cut side down in the remaining fat from the patties.
Step 3
Place arugula, slices of tomato, and red onion on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a bit of guacamole, the cooked patty, and cover with the other half of the bun.
