Description
If desired, quince can be replaced with canned peaches.
Ingredients
- Herbs 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Quince 10 oz
- Radish 20 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken, cool it, and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Peel the radish, cut it into strips, and soak it in cold water for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Combine the prepared radish with the onion and chicken, add the quince, green peas, and most of the mayonnaise. Mix everything together.
Step 3
When serving, mound it in a salad bowl, garnish with mayonnaise, herbs, and sliced eggs.
