
Grilled Sandwich with Spinach and Feta

Description
Spinach is the best friend of cheeses, and here we have two: feta and parmesan. The character of the sandwich is enhanced by fragrant rye bread and garlic.
Ingredients
- Rye Bread 4 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves 2 bunches
- Dill 1 teaspoon
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent, add the garlic and spinach, and wait for the spinach to wilt. Then mix everything with the dill and feta.
Step 2
Spread the cheese mixture on top of one slice of bread, sprinkle a little parmesan on top, and cover it with the second half of the bread.
Step 3
Grill the sandwiches in an additional portion of heated oil until golden brown (approximately 4 minutes on each side).
