Grilled sandwich with patty and ranch sauce
Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Marbled Beef 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Pickles 1 piece
- Cheshire Cheese 2 slices
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Paprika a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ranch sauce. Place mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, parsley in a blender and blend.
Step 2
Place the patty on an oiled grill rack and cook under the grill lid for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Flip the patty, place cheddar on top, lower the grill lid, and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Spread ranch sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
Step 5
Slice the tomato and pickles into rounds and place on each slice of bread.
Step 6
Place the patty on one of the slices with cheese side up, and sprinkle with a pinch of paprika.
Step 7
Cover with the second slice of bread so that the sauce is inside.
Step 8
Send the sandwich to bake for literally half a minute. To accurately time and achieve the perfect sandwich — with a golden 'grid' on the outside but not dried out inside, you need to activate the special 'sandwich' mode on the grill.
Step 9
Cut the finished sandwich diagonally into two parts.
Step 10
Eat immediately.
