Grilled pineapple bruschetta with burrata
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Ricotta cheese 1 piece
- Pineapple 0 oz
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Beans 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut a 1–2 cm thick ring from the pineapple and remove the skin.
Step 3
Preheat the grill pan and sear the pineapple until it has nice grill marks.
Step 4
Cut the grilled pineapple into small cubes, removing the core.
Step 5
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters.
Step 6
Stack a few basil leaves on top of each other, roll them into a tube, and slice them into thin strips.
Step 7
Combine the pineapple, cherry tomatoes, and basil, then add olive oil, salt, and let it marinate for a few minutes.
Step 8
Spread olive oil on a slice of bread for flavor and grill it in a grill pan on both sides until it has a nice pattern.
Step 9
Finely chop the pistachios.
Step 10
Place the pineapple and cherry tomatoes on the bread, top with burrata, sprinkle with pistachios, and drizzle with balsamic cream.
Step 11
Serve garnished with basil leaves.
