Ingredients
- Nectarines 3 pieces
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 10 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar ¼ cup
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Cut the meat to create a flat piece. Season with pepper and place on a grill brushed with vegetable oil. Arrange the halved nectarines nearby. Grill the meat for 5 minutes on each side until cooked, and the nectarines for 4-5 minutes on each side. Transfer everything to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the meat and nectarines into thin pieces and transfer to a bowl. In another bowl, mix the spinach and vinegar.
Step 4
Place the spinach on a plate, top with pieces of meat and nectarines, and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Optionally, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
