  • Sherry Vinegar 5 fl oz
  • Clear Honey 5 fl oz
  • Raisins 0 oz
  • Parsley leaves 3 tablespoons
  • Roasted pine nuts 0 oz
  • Yogurt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or barbecue.

Step 2

Peel and cut the eggplants into pieces. Brush with a small amount of olive oil, season, then place on the grill and cook.

Transfer to a plate and let cool to room temperature.

Bring the sherry vinegar and honey to a boil in a small saucepan.
