Grilled Chicken, Tomato, and Avocado Tortilla

Ingredients

  • Potato 1 piece
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
  • Avocado ⅓ piece
  • Iceberg Lettuce to taste
  • Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Tortillas 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a regular skillet, lightly heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Then, fry the whole breast for about 7 minutes on each side with the lid closed.

Step 2

While the chicken is cooking, slice the tomato and avocado into long slices. Prepare a few leaves of iceberg lettuce.

Step 3

Place the cooked chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut the breast into long slices.

Step 4

Lay the lettuce leaves on the tortilla slightly closer to the left edge (to make it easier to roll). Then, place the slices of chicken, tomato, and avocado on top of the lettuce. Season the filling with salt. After that, slowly and carefully roll the tortilla into a flat tube.

Step 5

Lightly heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a grill pan. Place the rolled tortilla in and grill for about 3 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Afterward, place the rolled tortilla on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half with a sharp knife. Serve immediately.
