Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
  • Chicken bones 2 pieces
  • Napa Cabbage 5 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

A few hours before preparing the salad, marinate the chicken legs.

Step 2

Grill the chicken legs. If grilling is not possible, you can use chicken breast (150–200 grams) and sauté it in olive oil in a pan. Once the chicken is cooked, remove the meat from the bones and cut it into large longitudinal pieces.

Step 3

Chop or tear the Napa cabbage into not very small pieces.

Step 4

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.

Step 5

For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise with the soy sauce, then add garlic and lemon juice.

Step 6

Once all the ingredients are ready, you can assemble the salad.

Step 7

Cut the tomato into 8 pieces.

Step 8

First, place the Napa cabbage, then the croutons, followed by the chicken, then the dressing (don’t be stingy with it, or the salad will turn out dry and unappetizing), and sprinkle the cheese on top. Arrange the tomato pieces around the edges of the plate.
