  • Basil 1 bunch
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • White Balsamic Cream 0 fl oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Skewer the tomatoes and chili pepper, and grill them over a wood fire until they have a blackened crust. Place the peppers in ice water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Let the tomatoes cook on the coals for 10 minutes.

Step 2

On a bed of basil, arrange sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with finely chopped roasted pepper and torn basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic sauce.
