Ingredients
- Pomegranate Seeds 5 lbs
- Raw cane sugar 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pomegranates into pieces and squeeze the juice into a saucepan. Add the sugar and place it over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and, without stirring, boil for 15 minutes until the syrup thickens.
Step 2
Pour the syrup into a sterilized bottle, seal tightly, and store in the refrigerator.
Step 3
In glasses filled with ice, pour 1 teaspoon of syrup and top with lemonade, serve immediately.
