Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the Napa cabbage thoroughly under running water and cut it into small strips.

Wash the green onion, remove any excess parts, and chop finely.
Step 4
Wash the leaves of green lettuce and spinach thoroughly under running water and cut them into small strips.
Step 5
Wash the dill thoroughly under running water and chop finely.
Step 6
Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water and cut it into small strips.

Wash the apple thoroughly under running water and cut it into small strips. Squeeze lemon juice using a convenient method. Drizzle the cut apple with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to prevent browning.

Wash the avocado thoroughly under running water, peel it, and cut it into small strips.

Pour the vegetable oil into a separate container with a lid.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the container with vegetable oil. Close the container with a lid and mix the ingredients well.
