Ingredients

  • Avocado ½ piece
  • English Cucumbers ½ piece
  • Chuka Salad 5 oz
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Cilantro 3 sprigs
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Tear the iceberg lettuce by hand, slice the cucumbers, and half of the avocado.

Step 2

Mix the iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, avocado, chuka salad, and sesame seeds.

Step 3

Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

Step 4

For the dressing, blend the second half of the avocado, garlic, cilantro, oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and lemon juice.

Step 5

You can serve the salad on plates and drizzle the dressing on top or serve the salad already dressed.
