  • Mixed salad greens 10 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Truffle Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Pour the orange juice and wine into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about twenty minutes. The sauce should reduce by at least one third. Add sugar, season with salt and pepper, mix in truffle oil, and dress the salad leaves with the prepared sauce just before serving. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
