Ingredients
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 6 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Endive 2 heads
- Watercress 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the pomegranate juice, olive oil, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and a little black pepper.
Step 2
Peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments with a sharp knife. Rinse and dry the watercress. Peel and slice the avocado.
Step 3
On plates, arrange the sliced endive, watercress, and avocado. Then add the oranges and shrimp. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
