Ingredients
- Salmon 20 oz
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the salmon in a preheated skillet, pour in boiled water so that it covers the fish. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Cool the fish. The broth can be used as a base for fish soup, or simply add fresh herbs and serve as a first course.
Step 3
Place the mixed salad greens in a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and finely chop the cucumber.
Step 4
Break the salmon into small pieces and add to the bowl, then top with tomatoes, cucumber, and sprinkle with small cubes of feta.
Step 5
For dressing, you can use balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil.
