- Shallot ½ piece

- Goat cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a jar, combine finely chopped shallot, mustard, grapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, sherry vinegar, salt, and pepper. Close the lid and shake well.
Step 2
In a bowl, toss the salad greens with the dressing and arrange on a plate. Top with thin slices of pear and sprinkle with cranberries and crumbled gorgonzola.
