Green Salad with Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- Green Butter 5 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mustard Greens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the leaves of the green lettuce and, if the leaves are large, chop them. Place them in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Dress the salad with a sauce made from a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. If desired, you can add mustard to the sauce (but it should be mashed first).
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the contents of the salad bowl — the dish is ready.
