- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, and olive oil until you achieve a smooth, thick mixture of a rich, dark ruby color. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Grate the goat cheese coarsely into thin, flake-like pieces. Arrange the salad mixture on a plate, artistically scatter the goat cheese on top, and drizzle with a honey-vinegar dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
