- Pine nuts 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet.
Step 2
Peel the grapefruit, divide half of the flesh into segments, and remove the membranes.
Step 3
Juice the other half of the grapefruit, add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
