- Chard 5 oz
- Endive 5 oz
- Eel 5 oz
- Chicory 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Corn Salad 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the chicory into individual leaves and soak them in cold water.
Step 2
Soak the leaves of the chard, lettuce, endive, and Swiss chard in the same water, rinse, dry, and place in the refrigerator.
Step 3
To serve, pile the salad leaves onto plates (the chicory, being the heaviest, should be at the bottom to maintain the green verticality), sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and green onions, and dress with vinegar.
