  • Daikon 5 oz
  • Arugula to taste
  • Radicchio to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Slice the cucumbers.

Step 2

Peel the daikon and slice it like the cucumbers.

Step 3

Add the arugula and radicchio to the salad.

Step 4

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Step 5
