Green Salad with Chicken, Pear, and Brie Cheese

Description
Don't focus on what you're spearing with your fork or scooping with your spoon: let each bite of the salad bring you unusual flavor combinations.
Ingredients
- Green Butter 1 stalk
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Brie cheese 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Pear 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear off a couple of small leaves from the lettuce and line the bottom of the bowl with them.
Step 2
Chop a quarter of the bell pepper, tomato, and pear, and add them to the salad.
Step 3
Cut the brie into triangles and place them on top.
Step 4
On a grill pan or a regular home grill, grill the chicken breast (cut into small pieces beforehand) until golden brown (NOTE: do not add oil, let the chicken cook in its own juices, otherwise the oil will overpower the flavor).
Step 5
Also add the chicken to the salad.
Step 6
Finally, top with 3–4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Mix and enjoy!
