  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Quail Egg 10 pieces
  • Green Butter 1 bunch
  • Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 7 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Tear the lettuce leaves and use them as the first layer, then add sliced cherry tomatoes, followed by halved quail eggs, and top with Feta cheese (in brine).

Step 2

Drizzle each layer with the prepared dressing: soy sauce, grainy mustard, vegetable (olive) oil, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Garnish with herbs; do not salt the salad as the cheese and soy sauce are already salty.
