- Green Papaya 1 piece
- Lime 2 pieces
- Fish Oil 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the papaya (or 2 green mangoes) into thin strips.
Step 2
Juice the 2 limes and mix the juice in a bowl with the fish sauce and sugar (ensure the sugar is fully dissolved).
Step 3
Add the papaya slices and chopped chili pepper to the sauce.
Step 4
Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with unsalted peanuts and chopped cilantro.
