Green Cabbage Salad with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
- Green Papaya 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Green onion tops 3 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly shred the cabbage to make about 9 cups. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the seeded and thinly sliced peppers and finely chopped green onions (only the green parts).
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
