Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Arugula 10 oz
- Quail Egg 8 pieces
- Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans until tender, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2
Peel the hard-boiled quail eggs, slice them, and add to the bowl with the green beans.
Step 3
Peel the avocado and slice it into the bowl with the green beans and eggs. Add the pumpkin seeds as well.
Step 4
Rinse the arugula and add it to the salad.
Step 5
Mix the soy sauce and olive oil to your taste and dress the salad.
