- Radishes 15 pieces

Step 1
To prepare the green bean and radish salad, boil the green beans in salted boiling water for about three minutes. Add the radishes and boil for another 30 seconds.
Step 2
Drain the water, rinse with cold water, and dry.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
