Greek Salad with Mint
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- English cucumber 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Kalamata olives 16 pieces
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Mint Leaves 12 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, place the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, sliced onion, olives, diced feta, and half of the parsley and mint leaves. Gently mix everything together.
Step 2
Combine the oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with spices and mix well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss, and serve, garnished with the remaining parsley and mint.
