Ingredients
- Parsley 0 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Spanish onions ½ heads
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary 0,1 teaspoons
- Kalamata olives 8 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin rings, and cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the parsley, then combine everything in a salad bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables, gently toss to combine, then top with large slices of feta cheese and olives. Sprinkle the salad with dried oregano and serve immediately.
