Ingredients
- Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Sweet Red Onion 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2½ tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop or tear the iceberg lettuce into large pieces.
Step 2
Transfer it to a serving dish.
Step 3
Chop the cucumbers into medium pieces.
Step 4
Place the oregano in a deep bowl.
Step 5
Dress with olive oil.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Add black pepper and mix.
Step 8
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 9
Slice the bell pepper into small pieces.

Layer the bell pepper on top of the iceberg leaves.

Then add the cucumbers.

Add the onion, sliced into half-rings.

Add the olives.

Then add the cherry tomatoes.

Top with diced feta cheese.

Dress with the prepared dressing.
