Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Kalamata olives 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Feta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta (fusilli or penne) in a pot of salted water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and let the pasta sit in a colander with spinach to allow all the liquid to drain.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add the black olives, feta cheese, sprinkle with ground black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Add the pasta and mix well.
