Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Pasta shells 10 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary ½ spoons
- Ground Dried Garlic ½ spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, generously salt it, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Drain the cooked pasta, add a little olive oil to prevent it from sticking, and let it cool slightly.
Step 4
Cut the red onion into large cubes.
Step 5
Remove the seeds and white veins from the bell pepper. Cut into cubes. Chop the cucumbers into large pieces.
Step 6
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 7
Cut the feta into large cubes or crumble it.
Step 8
Chop the parsley coarsely.
Step 9
In a clean bowl, mix 30 ml of olive oil, vinegar, honey, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 10
Combine the pasta with the prepared vegetables, olives, parsley, and feta cheese, then drizzle with dressing. Toss to mix.
Step 11
Serve the salad immediately.
