- Red Grape Juice 1 piece
- Grapefruits 1 piece
- Canned White Asparagus 5 oz
- Romaine lettuce 30 pieces
- Pomelo 1 piece
- Honey 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the grapefruits and pomelo, and cut out the flesh.
Step 2
Cut the artichokes into 6 wedges.
Step 3
Slice the romaine lettuce into thin strips.
Step 4
For the dressing: mix honey, olive oil, and the remaining juice from the grapefruits. Add coarse sea salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate: lettuce, grapefruits, artichokes, and pomelo. Drizzle with our dressing.
