- Chicken Liver 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the asparagus, carrots, and young green beans. Cut into sticks.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse and boil the goose liver. Allow to cool and slice.
Step 3
Cut the marinated champignon mushrooms in half.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes and remove the pulp.
Step 5
For the dressing, mix the sour cream with finely chopped herbs.
Step 6
Dress the salad, add salt and pepper.
