
Golden Potato Salad

Description
You can also add thinly sliced pieces of lightly salted salmon to this salad.
Ingredients
- Potato 1⅖ kg
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Radish 4 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 8 pieces
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Onion 10 oz
- English Dry Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens 2 spoons
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Milk ¼ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, cool them down, and separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and boil in salted water until tender. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Add finely chopped egg whites, thinly sliced radishes, finely chopped cucumbers, finely chopped celery, and finely chopped onions to the potatoes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add both mustards and 2 tablespoons of the pickle brine. Then, add the mayonnaise and milk, and mix well.
Step 5
Add the dressing to the potato salad, season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine.
