  • Sweet Pepper 3 pieces
  • Goat cheese 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Sourdough Bread 8 pieces

Place the peppers on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 430°F for 15 minutes. Turn the peppers a few times during baking. When they become soft and the skin is covered with dark scorch marks, transfer them to a plastic bag and seal it tightly. Leave them for 15 minutes to allow the peppers to 'sweat'.

Remove the skin and seeds from the peppers and slice them into strips.

Mix the goat cheese with half of the cream cheese.

Spread a thick layer of the cheese mixture on half of the slices of bread.
