Glass Noodles with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Glass Noodles 0 oz
- Fresh Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Green lettuce 5 pieces
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Teriyaki sauce 3 teaspoons
- Sesame Seeds a pinch
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and place them in a pan with preheated vegetable oil. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add the teriyaki sauce and leave on the heat for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Place the glass noodles in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over them. After 5-7 minutes, drain and rinse with cold boiled water.
Step 3
Chop the lettuce leaves and place them on a plate, then add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms on top. Finally, add the glass noodles, drizzle with soy sauce (to taste), and sprinkle with sesame seeds (you can mix everything together).
