
Glass Noodles with Korean-style Vegetables

Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 15 oz
- Soy Meat to taste
- Korean-style Carrots to taste
- Korean-style Cabbage Seasoning 1 piece
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil water for the noodles.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables (7 minutes).
Step 4
Add the soy meat to the vegetables, previously soaked in hot water.
Step 5
Fry the mixture for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the glass noodles (2–3 minutes in boiling water).
Step 7
Drain the water.
Step 8
Add the vegetables to the pot with the noodles.
Step 9
Add soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprika.
Step 10
Mix and taste. If more spices are needed, add more.
Step 11
Wait for the glass noodles to cool.
