Description

I usually brew it in a jar and then pour it into a pitcher. Don't forget to strain it.

Ingredients

  • Boiling water 0 qt
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Ginger 0 oz
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Clove 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the ginger and grate it using a fine grater.

Step 2

Slice the lemon into thin rounds, or alternatively, squeeze out the juice and add the remaining zest. Add cloves (you can also include other spices to taste).

Step 3

Pour boiling water, add honey, and stir well.

Step 4

Cover with a towel or a special lid and let it rest for 2 to 4 hours.
