Ginger Lemonade
Ingredients
- Raw cane sugar 0 oz
- Lemon 4 pieces
- Ginger 0 oz
- Water 70 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the ginger. In a medium saucepan, dissolve the sugar in a cup of water over medium heat, then mix in the grated ginger and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 2
Remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for ten minutes to allow the syrup to infuse properly with the ginger.
Step 3
Then add the juice of four lemons and the remaining water to the syrup, stir well, and serve over plenty of ice.
