Ingredients
- Gin 0 fl oz
- Violet Syrup 0 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup 0 fl oz
- 33% Cream 0 fl oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Ice 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the seeds of half a pomegranate in a shaker and muddle.
Step 2
Pour in the violet syrup (15 ml) and gin (50 ml).
Step 3
Squeeze the juice of the lemon (2 teaspoons).
Step 4
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
Step 5
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass using a strainer.
Step 6
Pour the cream (60 ml) and caramel syrup (5 ml) into the shaker.
Step 7
Shake without adding ice.
Step 8
Using a cocktail spoon, layer the contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass.
Step 9
Garnish with a chocolate curl.
