Ingredients
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Potato 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
- Beef 10 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beetroot, carrot, and potato separately without peeling, cool, and peel.
Step 2
Grate the beetroot on a coarse grater or cut it into very thin strips, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and cut the potato into cubes or thin slices.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and slice them into thin circles.
Step 4
Boil the meat in salted water, cool, and cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 6
On a flat dish, layer: carrot (slightly salted), mayonnaise, beetroot (slightly salted), potato (salted), mayonnaise, eggs, apple, meat, mayonnaise.
Step 7
Before serving, let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes.
