  • Sourdough Bread 4 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the bread for sandwiches in half (you can also use a baguette). Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the pieces of bread on it. Add the butter in small pieces to avoid greasiness. The bread should brown on both sides.

Step 2

Rub the toasted bread with garlic and sprinkle with salt. Optionally, you can add grated cheese on top.
