Ingredients
- Oranges 1 piece
- Grapefruits 1 piece
- Kiwi 1 piece
- Pomegranate Seeds to taste
- Sugar 0 oz
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the fruits.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, cut off the peel from both ends of the orange, making sure to slightly touch the flesh.
Step 3
Place the fruit on one of the cut sides to make it as stable as possible. Carefully remove the peel, again slightly touching the flesh.
Step 4
Slice the peeled orange into thin rounds.
Step 5
Repeat the same process with the grapefruit.
Step 6
Cut the grapefruit into rounds.
Step 7
Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly.
Step 8
Arrange the fruits on a plate or dish in alternating order.
Step 9
Prepare the syrup. Pour sugar into a small saucepan.
Step 10
Add 2 tablespoons of water.
Step 11
Add vanilla sugar.
Step 12
Cook, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool.
Step 13
Remove a few pomegranate seeds.
Step 14
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with vanilla syrup and serve.
